Architect Joseph Young designed the project as a four-story condominium building. It is located next to the Sandy UTA Trax Station, a great location for owners to commute into Downtown Salt Lake City by light rail.

Our Principal Engineer, Ryan Broomé, SE, PE, provided the Structural Engineering for this wood-framed building on top of a concrete post-tensioned parking structure.
